WHICH COLDPLAY UK SHOWS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRESALE OFFER?

WHEN DOES THE PRESALE BEGIN?
The presale will begin on Thursday 26th September at 9:00AM BST.
General sale begins on Friday 27th September at 9:00AM BST.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE ACCESS?
Presale access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans from 5:00PM BST on Wednesday 25th September.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE DURING THE PRESALE?
Each access code is valid for up to 6 tickets at Wembley dates or up to 4 tickets at Hull.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.
IF I PLACE MORE THAN ONE ORDER, WILL I GET ADDITIONAL ACCESS CODES?
No, each customer will receive one access code.
HOW DO I GAIN TICKET PRESALE ACCESS?
Pre-order Moon Music from Coldplay’s Official UK & European Stores before 23:59PM BST on Tuesday 24th September. No purchase necessary, click here to register and join Coldplay’s mailing list.
If you have already ordered the album from the Official UK & European Stores you are automatically eligible for presale access and will receive a code.
CAN I PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS ?
All accessible tickets for Wembley are available from the Wembley Box Office during the presale window by calling 0800 093 0824. All contact details will be available on all relevant show pages during the presale.

AM I GUARANTEED A TICKET IF I PRE-ORDER THE ALBUM?
No, tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. Maximum 6 tickets per person for Wembley dates and a maximum of 4 tickets for Hull dates. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets

WHAT IF I PURCHASE FROM A DIFFERENT RETAILER OR STORE, DO I QUALIFY FOR PRESALE ACCESS?
No. To qualify for presale access, you must have purchased from Coldplay’s Official UK & European Stores or have registered via the no purchase necessary sign up form before 23:59PM BST on Tuesday 24th September 2024. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for presale access.
